Hi,

one of my clients filed the GST REG -01 . But Department sent a clarification. we are not able to file the clarification on time due to lockdown.

is there any way to file the clarification after due date.?

You can file clarification on or before 30th Jun-2020...

At present, due to.lockdown

all due dates has been extended till 30.06.2020.
you can reply till 30.06.2020

There is no option. while we submit the clarification , site respond as your due date expired.

I will try to understand the clarification and the last date for submission...

ராஜா சார். . Clarification வந்த தேதி 23rd, Clarification Due Date 31st. (7days from 23rd).

Well...

If due date is 31st May-20 then You can file the clarification on or before 30th Jun-2020...

don't worry about the expired message. You can contact Your circle officer after the pandemic...

Apply again for new GST registration and you will get GST number before lockdown. If any query contact to me or give the data then i will send u GST certificate
