gst late fee waiver

late fees for returns for the period up to Sept 18 was waived if pending returns filed up to 31/03/2019

I have filed all gstr3b returns till june 2018 with respective late fee in june 2018.

Whether i will be eligible for complete waive off the late fee i paid during these periods?

can you please share the notification in this regard?
