GST late fee please help
GST returns not filed but no transaction done. Is there any way of surrending return without filing returns and paying late fee.

I have the same issue is their any option for waivers in late fee
You have file all pending returns ,and filing surrender applicai on GST Common Portal.
Don't delay in wrapping it off. Apply for cancellation of registration as soon as possible and mention effective date of cancellation (closing down of business etc. ) of about a month back so that your late fees can be reduced to some extent, if any..
