Hi all, I have a doubt with GST ITC set off
I have zero credit in IGST, and credit in SGST,CGST.
I have payable in all 3 heads.
While paying IGST , can I use equal amounts from CgST and SGST each? Even if there is balance in CGST after set off with CGST liability and the partial amount taken to IGST.
Rule IGST first setoff with IGST if any remain then with CGST or SGST
CGST frist with CGST then if remain then with IGST
SGST first with SGST if remain then IGST
