sir I have filled application for refund of ITC refund due to inverted structurefor the month of November 2019.
now on 23/2/2022 application has rejected due to lack of attachment of 2A ,and ITC amount mismatch.
please guide me what to do

The department usually provides you a deficiency memo before rejecting the application. If they havent done so you can go for appeal and provide all the details there. Alternately you can try to file the application again and submit all the mandatory attachments.
