As in GSTR 2A lots of purchase not showing for F,Y.17-18, hence have an input loss. in this case what can be done.

Can we avail ITC of 17-18 in Current period if vendors files in amendment?

For availing ITC of 2017-18 ,last date was 31/3/2019 ,so you can not avail ITC of 2017-18 in current period .

please confirm with others also.

Yes I agreed that Last Date of ITC 201718 was 31.03.19,

I am asking that ITC shown in 3B by us but supplier not filed the invoice raised to us in GSTR1, in that case what are ways to avail ITC or there no ways and have to pay the ITC disallowed.

keep origir bill copies with you and claim ITc in annual returns. do not panic if supplier has not shown in his return. in case department issue notice then show your purchase invoice.
