GST Invoices Series

Respected Members,

  I have a GST Number in Name of M/s Katiyar Security Serivices, registered under Delhi GST. From the same GST I am issuing Security Invoices. 

on the other hand I have also let out Commercial Space on Rent, Property is registered on my Individual Name i.e. Sourabh Katiyar. For which I want to raise Invoice of Renting of property. 

I want to ask, whether I can use the same GST number for both services or I have to take another GST number for Rental of Space. 

and If I use the Same GST number for Both Services what should be the Invoice Series as Serurity invoice issue in name of M/s Katiyar Sec Services, and Rental will be issued in Name of Sourabh Katiyar. 

Pls provide the Solution.
