gst invoice in nbfc
Is it necessary for nbfc company to issue invoice to every individual customer who takes loan??

GST is applicable on Processing fees charged by NBFC for loan. So, it is mandatory for nbfc company to issue invoice to every customer whose loan has been processed.
thanks for reply but can you please provide any link justifying this coz in nbfc company where I am doing audit they are not issuing any invoices and the reason they are quoting is they clearly mention in loan sanction letter that gst invoice will not issue to customers
