Gst - invalid provisional id

we have received provisional id's and passwords from local VAT authorities , but when trying to log in with the given provisional id and passwords , the GST portal is showing that given id is invalid provisional id (only for some id's) , we have tried in pc , laptop , and even in mobile , many times ...everywhere it is showing the same error message....please provide a solution....thanks in advance...
