GST input tax claim

One of our clients are claiming GST as and when they view the eligible input as per GSTR -2A only, but not the amount they can claim for that month.Will there be any issue arises in this regard.

Yes you can claim the ITC reflected in Gstr2A.
Please also check that invoice reflected is yours or not.
But if any one of their customer has not filed GstR-1 how could it will be reflected in GSTR-2A.Then Our client may loss the input.?
If any one of their customer had failed to file there gstr 1 on due date then ur client need to file there GSTR2 clamming ITC and later their client will accept the liability
If Client not filed then no more any other way for claim ITC...

Only way to Compfel to th Client for Filing his GSTR 1 return...
Tell or request the seller to file GSTR1, then only it will be reflected in Gstr2A. After reflecting in GSTR2A, then only you can claim ITC.
