yes of course ,your client should take itc on that asset
client purchase such assets at EMI Basis , whether gst input available?
Yes... ITC available based on Purchase Bill Value.
if you shows these as assest you cant claim ITC ... you can claim only depriciation
Yes you can avail ITC ,& the depreciation can also be claim on taxable Value ( Value before tax)
