Hello,

 

I have a sole proprietorship and if my employee is flying for some work, can we claim GST Input Credit ?

Yes, you can claim ITC

Yes. You cam claim it. If,
1. Gst registration is to be regular type
2. bears the company name & Gstin in invoice
3. Gst  bill is B2B
