GST INPUT CREDIT
I have a company .have a gst registration in the name of company.I arrange a tour for my client .My business are construction business.My tour operator prepare a bill for my tour including GST .I can claim input tax against my tour bill? I am confused about this matters.

No, you can not claim ITC
No you cannot claim ITC on GST paid to the tour operator for your client since it is not in the course of or furtherance of business.
No this is inadmissible ITC
