Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether service providers can claim GST input tax credit (ITC) on materials purchased for service delivery. The consensus is that ITC is generally available for goods used in providing services. However, it's noted that builders on new or ongoing projects opting for reduced rates may not be eligible for ITC, though commercial projects typically allow it.

Yes ITC is available

And if he is supply service to builder who is not eligble for itc still he can eligible for itc sir???

No ITC available for builder if the project was new or if it was ongoing then option availed for reduced rates.
