Dear Expert,
Our coustmer presently importing the goods from US without paying
tax exempted basis.
Now the same coustmer buying goods from us but he has to pay tax 18%, GST rule.
But coustmer is not ready to pay tax that's why is there any Provision in GST can we bill without tax for them.

No there is no such provision in GST , you cannot bill without charging GST
