Is GST applicable on Export Sales? If so how much % should be charged and the procedure to claim it back.

Type exports under GST in Google and read as many articles as you can. You'll understand everything after 10 articles.

File LUT and export without payment of tax. You will be eligible for refund of ITC also.

Thanks for your quick response. Can you kindly let me know the procedure to file LUT. Can that be done online from the gst portal. Pls help.

Yes you can file it in common portal itself under services
