GST FOR SMALL SCRAP SHOPPER BELOW 10LAKH IS APPLICABLE?

I have small businesa of scrap and this new business started just 2 months ago the I buy small small amount of scrap from local people and I selling to the dealer and my turn over may be less than 10 lakh then how we will pay gst and how we will register gst please give me information.

You are not liable to register under GST......... but if you wish to get voluntarily registered, you may do so. For registration process
