gst for motor training school?
Is gst is applicable on motor training school, What is the rate of gst.... And from 1st july how to charge customer if we didn't apply for gst yet?

Yes, GST will be applicable, but it will be apply you only when your annual turnover is above Rs. 20 lakhs.
Sir, but what is rate of GST on Motor Traning School?
So far as I can understand,because running a driving school needs approval from the Govt. and because a Driving School has to issue a certificate in Form 5 to its students,as also a certified curriculum is designated in the Motor Vehicles Act for the same,GST shouldn't be applicable on a driving school in the same way as it isn't on a flying school.
Driving school charged GST 18% on fees, Is it right,? I have not received GST bill. Plz confirm
