Sir, but what is rate of GST on Motor Traning School?

So far as I can understand,because running a driving school needs approval from the Govt. and because a Driving School has to issue a certificate in Form 5 to its students,as also a certified curriculum is designated in the Motor Vehicles Act for the same,GST shouldn't be applicable on a driving school in the same way as it isn't on a flying school.

Driving school charged GST 18% on fees, Is it right,? I have not received GST bill. Plz confirm
