While raising sales invoice we use OUTPUT GST if we raise a credit note against
sales invoice we need to apply OUTPUT GST or INPUT GST.
Please help on this issue.

Yes, Output GST in the Credit Note.
Then only the credit note tax value reduced/less in the Tax Ledger....
