One of my client's GST No. has been cancelled by dept. due to non filing of returns in Aug 2018. Now he received a notice state that, he didn't furnished Final return. If we file now it asks late fee of Rs. 10,000/-. Please suggest any solution to avoid LATE FEE.

No way to avoid late fee. If the system shows liability for late fee, you won't be able to file return without payment.
