GST FILING QUERY
My father is an electrician. on 31st July I got the gst registration certificate. But he got a contract cheque from a private company on 27th July. but that I'm applying for GST registration. whether I want a returns for that cheque transaction before August 1st to 10th. kindly help me.

Yes. If the amount is Advance then you can pay tax on Advance.....
Also you have received previous works vide payment then no more liability....
