GST Export Refund Scroll Number Generation
We had exported goods to Kenya with IGST and had entered the sales details in GSTR 1 for the month of January 2019. We contacted the helpdesk of Icegate website to know our refund status. They said that our shipping bill has been processed with a response code "SB000: Successfully Validated", and requested us for scroll generation. How to generate scroll? What is the process of generation of scroll number? Please help.

You don't have to do anything now. Scroll will b generated by customs not you & after that refund ll b credited to ur account
There is no need of Scroll number for GST refund, you just call the Icegate Help desk and give your shipping bill number and date, location code, GSTN number , IEC number and icegate ID on mail. you get your refund.
If even they ask you scroll number, tell them Not applicable.
Pls advise Where to find customs officers. is there any no or email address. Icegate is saying that we need to visit them. Is physical meeting is mandatory.
