my client have wheel alignment workshop.And also a Gst registration person.yearly income below 10 lakh.Gst return filing compulsory or not.

If you have gst registration then you shall file the return irrespective of the turnover.
It is compulsory to file returns under GST
If you have registration then return should be filed
If you registered under gst voluntary then it's mandatory to all returns wheather you have nil sale

If the client is having GST registration then GST return filing is compulsory. This is irrespective of turnover
