Gst eway bill block - delay 2 months

Yes , as per Section 138E, being inserted by Notification 74/2018 of CT , if reqular taxpayer not filing the rerurns for consecutive period of 2months will not able to furnish information in Part A of Form GST EWB -01.
Hence it must be auto check on portal & will be withdraw automatically as soon as the return filed
