If the consignment value exceeds Rs 50000, then it is mandatory.......
Yes it is applicable to unregistered dealer.....but it can be prepared by the other party.......
if by unregistered dealer and valu less than 50000?
Then no need to generate waybill.......the ceiling limit is given irrespective of the status of the party....
Now only for Inter-State movement of goods that to of value exceeding ₹50,000/- & from June 2018 onwards for Intra-State movement of goods as well.
