One of my Client is registered under MAHARASHTRA VAT as well SERVICE TAX
He Have both Numbers MVAT and SERVICE TAX
so Can anyone tell me how how he can enroll for GST

You have to get provisional registration ID and password from MVAT department (even available under e-services on MVAT portal, after login) and then can get enrolled to GST. Please note only one ID and password for each pan for each state is issued.
