GST E INVOICE in dual platform

Sir,

We have 2 divisions.  One Polymers Division and another one is windmill division in same GSTIN.

We are maintaining accounts in SAP for polymer division and Tally prime for Windmill division.

We have already making e invoice for polymer division in SAP integrated with GST portal.

We have to GST E invoice for windmill division.

How can we make e invoice for that?  Please guide
