sir mera GST me Demand aaya hai jiska payment mai elctronoic cash ledger se karna chahta hu installment basic pe to kya installment ka kya proceser hai aur ye karne pe bank hold jo kar diya hai use active kr dega.

File Form GST DRC-20 on the GST portal to request installments for your Demand ID.

Approval is at the officer's discretion; it is not automatic.

Bank attachments do not lift automatically. You must proactively follow up with your jurisdictional tax officer after filing the application to request the release of the bank hold, as courts have historically permitted the lifting of attachments once a payment plan is established.
