I got my contract payment after deduction of TDS,GST & other deductions..
My question is that how & where can i get benefit of my deducted GST ?
Can i avail the benefit like Income Tax TDS...
Please suggest...

No , GST TDS cannot be claim under income tax , As when the Govt (Deductor) file its GST Return (not yet started) , it shall get reflected into the credit ledger of the deductee. The deductee shall claim credit, in his electronic cash ledger, of the tax deducted by the deductor.
