in my view any expenses bill your supplier is not registered under Gst & if you purchase more than 5000rs in a day from single supplier or more supplier than any type of is under RCM except Petrol or diesel

In My view.,
The Jeweller received it as per URD then they ll be pay Tax under RCM.....
