Gst composition scheme return not filed

Dear all, i am manufacturer of garments (just started in last year ). i registred in composition scheme in july 2017. my business was not running well and no business from last july to feb of this year 2018. no purchases from last july to til now as i had lot of stock in hand. sales is also only 1 lac from last july to till now  . now what mistakes i have made plz find :

1. i am registred with composition scheme but i sold goods to another state.( appox 1 lac )

2. i have not filed any gst return.

                             plz guide what should i do now ?
