Gst change of proprietor
sir one of my cleint got operation of brain know he is not recognising any one his wife wants to sell the shop .in this one person interested to purchase the shop along with gst no and wants to change proprietor in gst is that possible if yes how plz clarify

It is not possible. kindly surrender ur current gstn by giving reason proprietor death. and the person who buying the shop will apply new registration for the same business
Same gst number is not possible
just fill the form of transfer from one person to another don't give the reason of death for transfer
after the transfer and sales agreement between two parties the other person with his own pan number can obtain GST number for same business
