You can apply for refund of cess wrongly paid & paid SGST

No You can't make correction after payment and cess is not
even adjust again any tax like CGST,SGST or IGST.It is only adjust again Cess
so apply for refund for this amount and now Pay again for SGST

No way for correction in Challan. But, You can claim refund for the Wrong payment of CESS amount. Refund can be available only Rs 1000 & Above...

Pay actual SGST amount and set off Your return and file...
