I have paid Rs. 500 via net banking @ GST portal and the status of the same is NO RESPONSE FROM BANK
Whether I have to wait or walk to Bank

You may wait 4-6 hours..

You should wait for few time.
I created challan on 18-01-2021 at 10:30 pm and still it is pending i mean it shows as "NO RESPONSE FROM BANK"
Does your bank account got debited?
If no then you should go for fresh payment.
If yes then you can raise grievance.
If no then you should go for fresh payment.
If yes then you can raise grievance.
Raise complain in GST PMT 07.
