GST certificate problems

Sir,  in my GST Registration certificate, in the name and designation and issuing authority coloumn is blank and digital signature not verified showing. Pls suggest how to rectify it and also how to validate signature

Better to check this validate process through online in GST or Any website...

Bcoz, It's not possible to give through this forum...
