For how many months not filed ? more than 6 months wil lead to cancellation
I think you may file an application for revocation of cancellation subject to certain conditions, provided the time limit is not yet over.

First file all pending returns after that revoke your registration
Firstly you should file revocation of cancellation after that complete some formalities with related tax officer then your application is approved for reactivate your GSTIN
