GST Cancelation for non filing of returns
QRMP dealer has not filed GSTR3B for March 23 returns. When will department cancel GST suomoto . After 1st July or 24th July. please clarify

A QRMP dealer's GST registration can be cancelled suo moto by the tax department only if they fail to file returns for two consecutive tax periods (quarters). Missing just the March 2023 quarter return will not lead to automatic cancellation in July; a second consecutive quarterly default must occur first.
