Date of Registration is 17.01.2020
For Jan to Jul,20 issued bills without GST.
Now want to issue with GST.
What are implications with me,also with my customer.?

Customer may have the right to not pay the taxes based on contract.
You may have to pay taxes with interest on inclusive basis out of your own pocket.
SCN under section 73 & 74 may come.
