A shop owner sale a mobile to customer through bajaj finance (bajaj finance financer of mobile)but customer want gst bill, it is posible to give a gst bill to customer,because the sale amount of mobile recd from bajaj finance.

Possible as owner of the mobile is customer and he'll be paying Bajaj finance for his loan
It is a hypotheticated transfer or installment basic loan.
I answered not possible becoz , I thought it to be franchise. It happens franchise owner cannot charge gst.
