Kindly check for DSC expiry date
Hi Iam getting same error. Expiry date is not issue. If its expired, we cant sign at all.

Kindly .,,check for msweb file whether it is in same folder in which your excel utility is lying.
DSC ERROR ARE MOSTLY COMMING "TRY DIFFERENT BROWSER OR REMOVE TEMP INTERNET FILES"
almost all are facing such errors. Pls download the latest version and try it using internet explorer.
This error appears if ‘comma’ is entered at the end of any data entered in the following tables:
- Details of Tax payer
AND
- Details of Auditor
OR
- Details of Auditor who has conducted Audit of Accounts
- Details of Auditor who is certifying GSTR-9C
Please remove the ‘comma’ and upload.

Details of Auditor who has conducted Audit of Accounts Details of Auditor who is certifying GSTR-9C
Please remove 'Comma' and reload
