My client doing business for share trading (Pvt Ltd company)..
Company is not collecting any fund from outside..
They use their own fund for trading.. And they earning by investing share market..
For this scenario GST is applicable..??

Shares of a company comes under securities. GST is not applicable on supply of securities.
Therefore share trading is outside the scope of GST. No need for registration under GST.
Gst is not applicable on supply of securities and not take to Gst registration
