Gst application rejected - pl help

Hai all, I filed an application for tax deductor under gst, but it is showing "Clarification not filed by the Applicant. Pending with Tax Officer for Rejection". Pl clarify 1) whether the application is rejected 2) can i file new registration for this rejected application now or i need to wait for any order thanking you all madhavi

pl tell me how many days approx. it will take? because since one month around it is showing the same status that "Clarification not filed by the Applicant. Pending with Tax Officer for Rejection"

Yes, a clarification was given by Dept.

Dept. given that PAN is not matching, authorisation letter from client office and address to be given in full. We filed once again PAN, Aadhar card for identity of that person as we are not having authorisation letter and given address in full.

After filling these, after some days it is showing "Clarification not filed by the Applicant. Pending with Tax Officer for Rejection"

when the rejection order will come? pl tell me do i need to wait till the order comes and to register once again or can i start the process because anyhow it is asking change mobile or mail id.

Pending for rejection means application is going to reject. either no reply to showcase notice or not providing documents for gst registration.

You can apply for new registration. There is no problem because old request for GST registration gets rejected by the gst department.

i have also the same problem.and i have been waiting for almost 1 month and nothing is happening.my consultancy telling me that the rejection order will come.i dont know when it is gonna come...if sombody know what to do please help me..

You can apply for new gst registration but you have to give different Email I'd.

My GST Surrender application is showing as pending for processing, as already 2 month lapse but the portal gives the same message, what I do in this case , may I file the fresh application, as the fresh application is not available under the portal, kindly assist
