This is the case of 10(1)(b) of the IGST act 2017 . Bill to ship to , place of supply will be Principal place of business ,Same is UK . Therefore
you can apply for "Advance ruling " under section 97(2)(c) of the CGST act 2017 , for determination of Tax Liability . Also this is not case of Export because Goods are not leaving India .
