is gst applicable on visa and consultancy services , if yes then in which rate these services are exist

but if an external person, whom we can say 'broker' , is providing consultancy services, then it would be taxable at the rate of 18%
but if an external person, whom we can say 'broker' , is providing consultancy services, then it would be taxable at the rate of 18%
