Whether a service based company needs to charge gst & issue invoice for its indirect incomes say:
1. non usable office utilities sold.(scrap)
2. Interest on investments(F.D. mutual fund etc).
3. office interior for rented office which was originally booked as expense, now sold.
Please do help in getting answer for each issue.

3. Yes. GST applicable.
if any thing sold form busines liable to pay GST. Don't consider it is primary Bussiness or secondar business
