Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the applicability of GST on the sale of flats. If flats have received a completion certificate from the local authority, any subsequent sale is generally not subject to GST. This means that the remaining 6 flats, having been completed since 2012 and possessing completion certificates, would not incur GST upon sale.
Any sale of immovable property after receipt of completion certificate is not subject to gst. So if these 6 flats are being sold after completion certificate, no gst would be applicable.
