When will the GST act likely to become a reality?

GST is a policy matter and all policy matters are directly related to uprise of populous and sensible political administrators at the helm of affairs and not at the choice of trade and consultant fraternity. Better comply with the law of the day than pondering over probabilities of future.
May not this decade , however bieng a political level issue the same may come into force as the probable PM is in facvour of the GST.
