AS PER CGST ACT IT IS 6 MONTH`S FROM THE CLOSING OF FINANCIAL YEAR i e 30TH SEPT
HOWEVER THE CBIC CAN EXTEND THE DATES AS IT WAS EXTENDED EARLIER ALSO.
As per section 44 of CGST Act, the due date is 31st day of December following the end of relevant FY
