No sir, Not yet Extended

The due date to file Annual Return U/s 44 of the CGST Act 2017 ( FORM GSTR-9 ) for the FY 2019-20 has not been extended yet Sir. The due date is still 31st December 2020. A fake message is being circulated in the social media that the due date has been extended to 31st March 2021.

No official Notification issued by the CBIC nor any Press Release regarding the extension news. But it will surely get extended Sir. Notification will be issued very soon.
