my annual turnover for fy 17-18 is below 2 crore. kya mujhe gst annual return file karni padegi??

No you are not reqd to file annual return. as per notification no. 47/2019
Annual Return ( GSTR-9 ) for FY 2017-18 & FY 2018-19 has been made optional for Taxpayers whose Aggregate Turnover is less than Rs. 2 Crore.
